Watford boss Aidy Bothroyd has made a couple of astute signings this summer, bringing in Midfielder Damien Francis from Wigan, and Defender Danny Shittu from QPR. Add to that the unknown talents of young Hungarian forward Tamas Priskin, and Watford could be a surprise package this season.
Bothroyd looks set to keep faith in the young players that gained promotion through the Playoffs last season, and they will have their work cut-out for them if they wish to make their return to the Premiership anything more than fleeting.
