Chelsea’s two major new signings have dramatically strengthened their team on paper, and it would be a brave man who would bet against them claiming a third successive Premiership crown.
Ballack and Shevchenko make the Chelsea XI look much more potent, and if Ashley Cole does indeed sign, then Chelsea will look like the best player-for-player team in the world… Imagine if they had Ronaldinho too!!
