Team of the Week 17

Another great week of football comes and goes in the Premiership. Hats off to Matt in our office who got eight out of ten in his predictions for last week... He is considering going for a big cash prize in 'Premier 10', the new prediction competition from Littlewoods Football Pools.

If you think that you could get all ten fixtures correct next weekend, click here to win £1000s!!

Back to the football after that unashamed plug! All the outfield players in the Team of the Week scored, apart from Danny Agger, who gained his points via a brace of Key Contributions.

Tottenham and Newcastle fans must be pleased that Berbatov and Martins are beginning to score a few goals. I really hope Martins doesn't get struck by the Newcastle curse and get injured... I, like many neutrals, really want to see the Toon Army get a team they deserve... Stuart Pearce for their next manager?? We will have to wait and see.

Good to see Pardew get the sack... I didn't like him when they were in the Championship... he was always very grumpy. Think he may have been punching above his weight in the top league though. Curbishley we be awesome at West Ham, and I fully expect them to be challenging for Europe within two years.

Will be back tomorrow with some more predictions.

11 days to Christmas!!

Cheers,

Dave @ YTM HQ
