Our Top Tips on How to Win Manager of the Month:

1) Leave it late. Register your teams as close to the entry cut-off (1.45pm on Sunday 1st October is the next one) as possible. The later you leave it the more you will be benefit from latest form and injury news.

2) Memorise the calendar below. This contains the key entry cut-off dates.

3) Study the fixture list. Not all teams play the same amount of games in any one month. The more a team plays the more YTM points their players should score.

4) Home or Away? Some teams are awesome at home and lousy on the road. Take this into account when studying the fixture list and picking your players.

5) The Purple Patch. Confidence is a great thing particularly if you’re a Premier League striker. Focus on players who are finding the back of net and not the stands!

6) The Block Defence. Consider going for defenders and a goalkeeper from the same team. It's high risk but if they keep a string of clean sheets you could be in the money!

November - Saturday 4th November at 12.30pm
December - Saturday 2nd December at 12.30pm
January - Monday 1st January at 12.30pm
February - Saturday 3rd February at 12.30pm
March - Saturday 3rd March at 12.30pm
April - Friday 6th April at 2.15pm

NB. These dates are subject to any changes in the fixture list.

Teams start scoring from the Saturday after we receive them. The weekly entry cut-off is 12.30pm on Saturdays - except for October, January and April.

New teams will continue to score points for the remainder of the season after they have been registered. For example if you register a new team on 8th September you’ll have 8 chances to win a monthly competition. The same team will also accumulate points for the overall season-long game.
